Peak 7 Neighborhood

Peak 7 is one of the peaks in the Breckenridge ski resort but at its base is a neighborhood of several subdivisions that are not technically in the town of Breckerndige, but are classified as unincorporated Summit County. The Peak Seven area is accesses from Highway 9 via Coyne Valley Road, and also from the ski resort via Ski Hill Road.


Development began here in the 1960s and continues on the few vacant lots that remain today. Most homeside are about half-acre lots, and the homes range from small cabins to large modern mountain homes. Many are owned by year-round local residents and a mixture of primarily single-family houses and about a dozen duplexes in a wooded plateau of more than 500 homes.

Why Peak Seven ?

If you own a home in Peak 7 you probably know there are several trailheads that are within walking distance of a Peak Seven home. These trails are part of a big network that extends to Frisco and Copper Mountain and Breckenridge. While it's easy to drive to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, Peak 7's north of downtown location makes it easy to get out of town.
