Peak 7 Neighborhood - Northwest of Breckenridge at the foot of the Tenmile Range

Peak 7 is one of the peaks in the Breckenridge ski resort but at its base is a neighborhood of several subdivisions outside the town limits of Breckerndige. Peak Seven area is accessed from Highway 9 via Coyne Valley Road, and also from the ski resort via Ski Hill Road.

 

If you own a home in Peak 7 you probably know there are several trailheads within the neighborhood These trails are part of a big network that extends to Frisco and Copper Mountain and Breckenridge.>Development began here in the 1960s and continues on the few vacant lots that remain today. Most homeside are about a half-acre, with just a few smalller and several larger. The homes range from small cabins to large modern mountain homes. Many are owned by year-round local residents and a mixture of primarily single-family houses and about a dozen duplexes in a wooded plateau of more than 500 homes.
